Appoint a Portfolio Action/Implementation Committee
- representing all stakeholders (management, faculty, staff, students, employers)
- preparing basic guidelines for portfolio implementation and maintenance

Schedule meetings with all Deans, Assoc. Deans and Program Coordinators
- purpose: to inform, partner with and subsequently generate buy-in on the project initiatives
Create and deliver faculty training on the following topics:
- how to incorporate structured reflective learning within the classroom
- portfolio development
Initiate, organize, implement pilot projects within each faculty (target date - 2012/2013 academic year?)
Develop and maintain a database of portfolio software options available to faculty and students offered by Sheridan, create a method to disseminate this information throughout the college
Create a database of models, examples of portfolios
